How to delete your CheerVue account and associated data
Data Deletion Policy
At CheerVue, we respect your privacy and provide a straightforward way to delete your account and all associated personal data. When you request account deletion, we remove your personal information from our active databases, including:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Your login credentials
- Your athlete records and emergency contact details
- Your participation history and team memberships
Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as financial records of previous gym payments for tax compliance).
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account, please send an email to our privacy team from the email address associated with your account:
Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. Our team will process your request within 48-72 hours.
Alternative: In-App Deletion
You can also request deletion directly through the CheerVue mobile app by navigating to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
