Data Deletion Policy

At CheerVue, we respect your privacy and provide a straightforward way to delete your account and all associated personal data. When you request account deletion, we remove your personal information from our active databases, including:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Your login credentials
• Your athlete records and emergency contact details
• Your participation history and team memberships

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as financial records of previous gym payments for tax compliance).

Why there is no delete button

Our team removes each account by hand so that your gym's rosters and payment records stay correct. Your account is yours, not the gym's. If you leave a gym, your account keeps working and you can join another gym with it.
